My online message updated today saying that NSC received RFE
HOW LONG IS IT TAKING FROM RECEIPT OF RFE TO THE APPROVAL?? Any comments

please share your information like ND & RD.

Normally it takes around 4 to 5 days to receive the RFE.
 
sonygeetu!! First could you please post you case details ? Typically 2 to 4 weeks and in my case its been 5 months after replying to RFE and still waiting for my approval.

I got my case approved 3 weeks after they received RFE. However, a friend of mine is waiting from more than 10 months. You never know when it comes.
 
sonygeetu! My RFE was for Emplmnt Hist since Dec 2001, Emplmt Authorizations since Dec 2001 and Currently issued EVL.

I contacted local senator yesterday (03/29/04).

I think the answer to that depends on whether or not your application receipt date is prior to or after the official processing date. My RD was 9/13/01 and my application was approved in 7 days from the receipt of the RFE at NSC.
