RFE Received - Please help

My ND is August 2002. I received RFE for:

1. Employment Verification.
2. Another document attesting to my birth (such as an affidavit).
3. Proof of your marriage since the "Marriage Agreement" or "Deed of Marriage" is not considered a marriage solemnized legally under the Indian Marriage Acts. If the marriage has not been officially registered, then we need two affidavits of marriage.

Can you guys what I have to do for 2 and 3? Is it a notice from the lawyer with my father and mother as witness?

Affidavits of birth are sworn notarized statements by persons having knowledge of your birth such as your parents or relatives. you will find formats for these affidavits on this forum. If your marriage is registered in the US then you can go to the city hall and get a copy of the record for a small fee (usually $1). if your marriage is not registered here then you can get sworn statements from persons who officiated your wedding or who attended the wedding.

This was given to me by my lawyer.

Still you talk to your lawyer if you have one.

My 485 is still not approved. I did not get any RFE yet, so I can not say that yes this format for Affidavits is correct or not. Since they are given by my lawyer to me and I have faith in them, I think thay are correct. Still choice is yours.

I corrected the format so as to delete names and dates, city name etc. If you are not from India then please remove India from address. That is why I asked you you are from India or what?

You have to give application to registar of marriage in your city. In case they do not find the marriage registration then they sign an affidative. Format ofr that is also attached.

It contains affidative for marriage from Your Father, Mother, Her Father, Mother.

Birth Certificate affidavit format from your father, Mother. In case she does not have birth certificate then from her father & mother.

Few years back I sent the passport to revalidate. When the passport came back it had somebody else's stamping. So I had to send back to correct it. Now NSC wants the reason why it has somebody else's stamping in it.
 
One more question about the Affidavit

Does the affidavit can be put on a plain paper or does it need to be on an Indian stamp paper?
 
If affidavot is from India it has to be on 10 Rupee stamp paper. If affidavit is from relative who is in US, then it can be on plain paper.
