My situation:

EB2, NIW, Self petition, Changed job after submited I485, ND 2/18/00
RFE received yesterday saying:
"Submit a current letter of employment."

What does that exactly mean. Are they trying to verify that I\'m with the orignial employer, or I\'m still at same area, or just I\'m still employed?
What my current employer should say in the letter? Since I\'m self petitioning, I should be able to change employer during AOS.

Any input is appreciated.

Since you are NIW, Self petition. I don\'t think you have stay with your former employer, But INS rquest you that been employed. The letter should be stantard like others\' RF letter. month ago someone show the letter to us here. To my opinan three things should be mentioned in the letter: 1. When you been employed; 2.You job description (should be same as what you put in self petition form). 3. Your salary.
