Hello,
Recently I received an RFE for my wife which came to my previous attourney's office address. This delayed my response by 6 weeks.Should my current attourney office submit Form: G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Representative for AOS application as well? The new office has been filing G-28 every time they renew our EAD and AP.

G-28 filed with EAD/AP doesn't automatically cover I-485 case filed by another attorney. Your new attorney needs to file G-28 for I-485 cases as well. I am wondering, why they haven't done so already? Did you specifically ask them to represent you for your I-485 cases or you just assumed that filing EAD/AP with them will automatically cover I-485?
What was the RFE about and what's your PD/RD and EB ?

Thanks for your response.
We didn't specifically aske the new attourney to represent I-485- in fact they had taken over all the cases from my previous company.
Anyway I guess I'll ask them to file G-28.

Anyway, I'm not particularly in hurry now- I visited infopass and came to know my name is stuck with name check.

Any idea if we could do something to expedite it?
