RFE Received (my RD: 06/15/01)

I called the AVM on July 10th and it said that an RFE was issued on July 9th 2002. I dont know what the RFE is about since neither me nor my lawyer has received the request yet.

My Details:
PD: Feb 16th 2000
RD: June 15th 2001
ND: July 27th 2001
FP: Dec 12th 2001

LIN 01-229-xxxxx

So it looks like they are indeed processing mid June 01 RD applicants. Will post details of RFE when I know what is it about.

Rupnet not yet updated

I read that greaty-k added a new constraint on the rupnet database so that one can't indicate they received RFE without giving details, so I didnt update rupnet.com/immigration yet.

I will once I get details.

RFE is for Updated Employment letter.

I just got info from Lawyer that the RFE was for an updated employment letter. I havent changed jobs since I joined my Employer 4.5 years ago.

These guys are picking on people who've never changed jobs or whose company hasn't laid off anybody since its inception for Employment based RFE's.
One of my team mates got a similar RFE in May.
