Does anyone have different RFE received message?

Seems like you responded to your RFE after a month. How long do we have time to respond to RFEs? 1 or 3?

Hi Nairji,

It depends.

In my case, RFE was issued on 11/22/02 and I was asked to respond within 02/14/03.

RFE replied on 12/18/02, message says not received still

my attorney responded to my 485 RFE on 12/18/02 via UPS overnight. message is still sayings original RFE sent, and the response not received.

anyone else having similar problems with the message updates. is there a problem with receiving mails at INS Nebraska.

Who gets the REF notice? Applicant or the lawyer?

My lawer received the RFE, I didn't see it, I assume the resonse time might up to 3 months.
