Yesterday, the AVM message stated that an RFE had been issued on the 31st of May. This was almost 20 days after the RFE was issued.
Today, the message in the AVM changed to the RFE received message. The RFE was replied to, about 2 weeks back.
The message today stated:
"On June 20th, we received your response to the request for additional information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days to process this kind of case. However, since preliminary processing was complete in this case, it is taking 540 days to process this kind of case."
Anybody have an understanding of why it still says 540 days to process the case ?
