Received rfe for employment letter and marriage certificate.
INS didn't accept marriage certificate from Indian consulate. Does anyone know about sending affidavits in leiu of marriage certificate? I searched for format/wordings for the affidavits but couldn't find one. Has anyone used marriage affidavits for I485. Please let me know if you have any links/info on this.
Do I need to send a cover letter for AC21? Lawyer says no... changed jobs after 180 days. Since only letter is asked for I am not sending any w2s/paystubs. Is that ok?
