Hello Sir/Madam,
The client I am working for has filed my H1B transfer case with USCIS and when I followed up with the status, I was said they have received RFE (Requirement for Evidence) in which USCIS has asked to provide the evidence as how the the job I am applied for requires a Four year degree. I would like to know how critical is that query in my case and would that effect my current H1B in any way?
Is that something my attorney should have already mentioned in the job details? To me, it appears like it is very basic thing that my attorney had missed and I am little scary about how he would have put up my case.
Can anyone tell me is that a common query or is that just because of improper filing of my case? Though I am said they are going to send in the required evidence I am little skeptical if that gets through. Can anyone tell me if that is a simple one that can be got through assuming attorney had provided enough evidence.
