I received the following :RFE
Mine :1) form G-325 a : New and updated form.We sent this form when filling
I-485
2) Proof of status : Proof to establish lawful immigration status.
Sent copies of all my visa and H-1b
approvals but still they sent it. All I-787 approvals and I-539 asked for.
Also specifically asks for proof from 11/99 to 1/31/00.
I was on B1 visa from Jan to Feb 00 . I don't now why they asked before I entered USA.I have all port of entry stamps in my passports.Anybody any experience.
3) Prespective employment letter : Submit letter from employer who petitioned for I-140 . Letter submited is not current.
I have used AC 21 with same job but different title.
Lawyer says salary should not be lower then in the labor but
I have a salary around 15 % lower excluding all bonus .
with bonus it is higher.
Do I need a letter for AC21 and also do i need a letter for my job descriptions
matching.
I've heard that we should submit only information that INS wants and no additional material otherwise they get confused.
Experienced ppl help me.
also my lawyer says the RFE should take him about an hr and he chargs $50
an hour.
