RFE received for ND 11/29

Here are the details : ND 11/29, RD 11/02, EB3 reg India, PD 11/96

RFE mailed by VSC on 9/17 received by lawyer on 9/24. RFE asks for
1. Employment verification letter
2. Last 3 paystubs
3. Copy of I-94 from passport

My lawyer (in NJ) will Fedex response tomorrow (9/28) to VSC. What kind of timelines can I expect regarding

1. AVM update acknowledging receipt of response
2. Final approval.

AVM Update

Can you please update when AVM is updated by INS about receipt of your reply for RFE.
My Attorney has also replied for RFE on 09-26-01 by Fedex.
