RFE received for EAD - any thoughts?

Hi,
This is the first RFE received in my GC career since 1999. Left 2 companies and finally applied in 2003. I have submitted all the documentation. Just a month ago, I applied for my wife's EAD and it was approved. Any thoughts what it might be?

I received RFEs (four children - derivatives), to provide the FIN# and copy of passport pages of annotation for this. I am from Pakistan (Special Registrant) and principal was support to report for special registration in 2002 which I did.
In the RFEs, it was asked for Principal Applicant's special registrantion record/FIN#. I sen RFEs' reponses within two days and received by USCIS, TSC.
In my case, the cases have got separated. Mine & my wife cases were transferred to NBC, and then transferred to Newak, NJ for interview. All children cases are still sitting in TSC. Because of cases separation, I think this triggerred RFEs. While at VSC, the cases were united, so there was no problem to get relevant information from principal's file.
 
Could you update us when you get the RFE.
1) content of RFE.
2)did your attorney get the RFE or you got it at your home address?

Assur, Thanks for the info. I will wait to see what it is about. I am not a special registrant and got 3 EADs approved already.
Zkhan, I will update once I get the RFE notice. I am thinking this might be the RFE for my 485 - may be skin test but it is updated under EAD. You never know with USCIS.

Bobbili, may be USCIs buy some time to approve your I485, that I saw somewhere in the posts, USCIS sent REF on AP, after response received by USCIS, approved I485 and denied AP. Goodluck.
 
Got RFE

I just got e-mails from CRIS that they issued REF for E-filed EAD renewal (3rd) applications for my wife and myself.

Last year my wife's EAD renewal application also recieved RFE for primary applicatant NSEERS registration. We provided those infromation in advance this time with supporting documents.

I wonder what could be the RFE this time. I provided every documents except EVL. I thought it is not necessary for EAD. My current EAD expires on 1st week of December, my wife's one on last week of october. We e-filed our applications on July 29.
 
I know why..

I just reviewed my EAD application and noticed that the last date of entry into US was wrong. I put some other date..don't know why..may be that is the reason for RFE.
 
reciept for 765/131

recieved reciept for ead/131 filed for spouse/child /self on 07/02/07
recieved action and pending reciept date 14th sept2007.
