RFE received by USCIS

got email today 05/13/04 from USCIS acknowledging receipt of RFE. hope to see approval before end of month as my EAD2 will expire 05/30/04. I apllied for EAD3 march22 but no progress on the case to report.
 
I feel they are piling up most of the April cases with no reasons... I can only hope that Dengdeng theory works for us... but who knows what they have in their mind ....

I am frustrated too tufan... :o
 
My EAD2 expires at the end of the month 5/30/04. EAD3 was received by USCIS on March22. I suppose I cannot apply for IEAD since I have not completed the 90 days. What should I do provided I don't get the 485 approval by 5/30? Can I continue working and stop receiving pay?
USCIS process is like the 400 m hurdle competition, one hurdle at a time with the last hurdle visible but hard to get to.

No theory works it seems!!! I am also in the same situation like you and losing a lot in my careers because of 485. My client wants to hire me to they have been waiting more than a month as they have already shortlisted couple of other people for that position. It really sucks!!!!!

I don't think, You need to go for IEAD as one of my friend worked after the EAD expired and IEAD got denied. His lawyer spoke with VSC and they told that he is authorized to work as waiting for EAD Renewal.
