They just received the response to RFE today. When do you think my case will get approved?

I have the same time line as yours for RD, ND, and FP. Nothing happened yet. What is your RFE for? Did you call TSC back in 12/02 to get your FP notices? Thanks.
 
The RFE was about maintainance of legal status for a specific period of time. I did call them back in 12/02 to scheldure manual FP. Good luck with your case.
 
Online status

Has the online status for your case changed to something like "..additional information received on Feb 05, 2004...." or does it still say "..we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case..."

My online message changed from "RFE sent" to "response to RFE received" yesterday. Hopefully they will approve my case soon.
 
how long did it take them to change the status online?
I sent in my reply to the RFE last week but the status still hasn't changed.

My RFE was recievd 1/28/04, and

I am still waiting. Do you know which office the RFE is from?

I don't know which officer issued the RFE. Anyway, these days, it seems like most people get their approvals without RFE. Unforturnately for us, it takes another extra month to deal with the RFE issue. I guess it's nothing compared to the long wait we've had.
