RFE received after laid off, help needed,

Hi, Guys,

I have just got the RFE from my lawyer. INS request for:

1. all I-20s,
2. employement letter.
3. tax returns,
4. medical report.

For the employment letter, the RFE states: Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your prospective employer who filed form I-140/I-360 on your behalf stating their continued interest in hiring you, duties to be performed, and remuneration.

So obviously INS still requires employment letter from my original company, even though I seperated with the company 180 days after submited my I-485. So, guys, would an employment letter from a new company work with INS?

Any other thoughts, guys, please give suggestions,

You have nothing to worry if you have a job.

Just submit the new employment letter and all the paperwork.
Your case is nothing new, i know lot of guys who did the same. so relax and submit the paperwork ASAP.
