Surprisingly my wife recd. RFE for her 2 plus year pending 485; she is my dependent and mine is stuck in NC for 2+ years. It looks like they are processing dependent's case even before the primary?
She has 2 RFE's: 1) for 5+ mm TB skin test - USCIS says the doctor left the x-ray field blank, they need all details of x-ray or referral to local health center etc. Unfortunately, doctor did not take her x ray (wasn't pregnant at the time). In the RFE letter it says the doctor should make the changes on the "enclosed 693" - there is no enclosed 693 - does this mean that we have to go through the whole process again?
2) second one is asking to send completed G325A - I have no idea why they are asking this again. We had very carefully filled out everything, signed ALL four copies. Does this mean that we have to fill out the G325A again (new form with all the updated information)? The only thing that I can think of is in the employer section we wrote "none" - should the answer ne N/A here? Because the RFE says PROPERLY filed G325A.
Since there is an RFE on G325A does this mean that they never submitted her NC - because NC submission in based on G325A?
If someone can narrate their experience or expert opinion - I would greatly appreciate it. I have lost my sleep over this!
