RFE reason !!!

Just got off the phone with my lawyer.
The reason for the RFE was medical (Chest X-Ray).
The TB skin test was fine. I am stunned and surprised at BCIS.

Don't be stunned at BCIS. They are the best. First, make sure that you send proper XRays to the BCIS. They won't just generate RFE like that.
 
Not to be rude dude, but you seem to be really from Bihar (Ara, balia or Chapra ).

As they say ABC se hoshiyar.

"Ara jila gharba, to kay baat ke darba."

Chest X-Ray is not reqd. if the skin test for TB is negative.

If you have a copy of your medical exam results, check it again. It's very possible that the doctor forgot to complete the supplemental form.
