Today I checked AVM, It says that RFE for both my wife and me but nothing is for my son.

Can someone give me any idea about what could it be?

it could be due to mix up in your first and last names!!!. when was your FP done? (just to have an idea about the dates of files being opened for review)
 
May be Medical / Marriage certificates

Usually (i) Doctor who did both your doctor might have incorrectly filled medical forms or forgot to sign..
(ii) Most of the times some mistake in marriage certificate - affects both of you

Dont worry husband and wife getting RFE is common.
