RFE Questions

Hi All,
INS sent me RFE on 11/03/03
We have not received mail from INS yet(Even my lawyer)
Any idea, how many days it take to receive RFE from INS?
how may days we get to reply for RFE?

Your attorney will get the RFE. You have about 3 months( approx) . to reply to the RFE.
