Hello,

Does any one know how much time do we get for
responding RFE, and do we actually get a copy
of RFE or only Attorney gets it ??

The reply duration should be mentioned in your RFE

Please read your RFE notice for details on what information the INS needs and how soon you have to reply. Your attorney should keep you informed and forward a copy to you, or you can ask his or her office.

The Reason i\'m asking this is i am expecting RFE for BC, and till
date my parents have been unlucky getting it from the
municipal office.

So i wanted to know how much time frame is there in replying
for RFE.

Any answer from RFE receivers will be greatly appreciated.

RFE for employment confirmation

INS mailed RFE on March 15th and gave until June 10th to reply. You should have at least a couple of months to respond.
