My rfe asks for current employment letter. I am an ac21 case. My labor was filed with programmer/analyst. With new company my title is senior software engineer. My present company agreed to give letter saying title is programmer/analyst.

Is this ok? im thinking of repercussions..

please give any inputs you have
 
Do you have the job description in your LC? If it matches with your new position, it should be ok. Since you will want to invoke AC21 in your RFE reply, it probably is a good idea to get an attorney who has experience in it. Also, your company’s legal department may have information for you (I guess it depends on the company).

Hi,

Did your attorney respond to the RFE? If yes, can you please post the employment letter here. I too have received a RFE. I dont know yet but feel that they might be asking for my employment letter. If you can post it, I would very sincerely appreciate it
