Hi
Anyone with a 10% or more paycut and had an Employment RFE which was in turn approved please respond
 
not me personally, but I know of someone

who had an almost 20% paycut. Was approved in the last month or so.

as long as the jobs are similar, I think it should be ok
 
I saw good number of postings on this forum from folks who got approved with substantial difference in salaries (between LC & Current)
 
Has anyone with approvals with lower salary compared it to the LC details on the Labor Certification website.

The reason I bring this up is that there are 2 figures there, the first is the salary, and second the prevailing wage and the prevailing wage is less than salary by varying amounts anywhere from 1-2% to typically 10-15% and in some cases even upto 25% (based on my employer).

My feeling is even if salary is lower now, but higher than what the prevailing wage was determined, then the person should be fine, but have no data myself...
