RFE Question

I am an ac21 person. The INS has issued an RFE for paystub, tax documents and letter. My current company is going in a loss and if they give me the tax documents will I have any problems in getting the GC. Please help.

man, Tax documents they are asking is "your"..Your copy of federal tax returns probably for last 2 years. Nothing to do with your company.

Come on..., give me a break. Tax Documents means your 1040.(Individual Income tax returns.)
RFE is a good sign, your case will be approved with in 3 weeks if send all the documents ASAP.

Hey priyaraman: Did u notify INS abt the job change? I am AC21 person too. Just curious to know how did u proceed?

Not a problem, INS is concerned whether ur still employed and they dont bother abt company profit or loss. So ur fine, just reply ur RFE and ur all set to party
