I got REF in Last month, INS asked me to send Employer Tax returns, my company will not provide tax documents, instead of tax document company given a Financial statements. I sent Company Financial statements and some information about company(I took printouts from our company web site like company growth etc.). my company right now having more 600 employees. is it ok for the RFE?. INS is ok with company financial statements. please let me know.

Hi,

When I was in India I went ot mumbai consulate for H1 stamping. In those days the consulate used to ask the employer's W2. My H1 sponsoring employer provided me with that in a sealed envolope. only the consulate guys should open it.

So in ur case for I-485 process, the company processing your GC should provide the necessary info when the INS asks for it. It's not ur job to take printouts and send it to INS. Hope this is usefull.
