RFE Question..

Hello friends

When I spoke to my Lawyer\'s paralegal, she tells me that they didn\'t receive any special envelope to reply the RFE. I really don\'t know if this will delay the process .

Has anyone really seen this special envelope for RFE replies ? I am sure the RFE\'s go to a different PO box address in Laguna Niguel, but how do they ensure that our RFE reaches the same IIO handling my case ?

According to my lawyer, they send covering letter & RFE letter from INS along with the RFE reply so it reaches the officer sooner. In my case RFE reply was received by INS in 8 working days. Don\'t worry you\'ll hear RFE received message in about a week once you send reply to RFE. Good Luck !!!
