My company name has changed recently, but both my I-140 and I-485 are filed with old name only.
I don\'t know I do get any RFE for it or not. Is it good if I file i-140 again without waiting for RFE?
I would strongly recommend starting an amended i-140 right away. So that if INS sends an RFE for employment letter or recent pay stubs, etc., you won\'t have any problems. Amended i-140 is pretty straight forward.
