RFE question

Hi, I got a RFE for my EB2 NIW case. It asks for a updated G325a and employment letter. As for employment letter, it asks for date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment. It also states it must describe in detail your duties and responsibilities, and how these duties meet the requirement of your immigrant petion. Is this a standard one? I saw some posts saying it only asks for date of hire, duties, ect, but not the detail about the duties. Any comments?

Dont worry this is typical format.
There is basically a checklist and they tick mark the missing document.
BTW, Was the automated message changed the same day?
When was the RFE sent .. More details please .

Are you self-petitoned or employer sponsored and if you are self, did you change jobs after applying for I-485? I am also NIW EB-2 and the RFE is on the way.
