RFE Question????

I have questions about I-485 RFE.
1) Generally what type of RFE USCIS issues?

2) What are the documents they ask for employment verification:
i. W2s
ii. last pay stubs from previous employer?
iii. latest pay stubs from current employer?
iv. filings
v. letter from current employer?
what else??

Please let me know me in detail, so that I can prepare for RFE. I have changed my job and not informed abt it.

Mostly they ask for Employment letter, and sometimes Date of Birth verification if they dont like the birth certificate you submitted.
