RFE Question

I was laid off after more than 180 days of my I-485 filing. After one month I got another contract. and have been on and off jobs. I am on a contract right now.

I did not inform the USCIS about this.

Now I got a RFE - EVL + tax returns.

I am seeing that people have the RFE for AC21.

Do I need to send a letter along with my RFE response that I had changed jobs .

OR

just send what is needed.

Please guide me !

My recommendation...

Give INS the facts,anyway your EVL is going to be from your new employer
