RFE Question

[Roy2000]

Lawyer received RFE letters today, for me it's EVL and W2's but for my wife they need certified birth certificate with full name and translation !
But we already sent that to INS with original application !!
Did anybody get similar RFE before , why would INS ask for a document that is already included in the application??

Was the birth certificate in a different language other than Enlglish ?

Strange are the ways of INS...

If you have copy of it just send it. ppl received Medical exms even they submited .... may be misplaced not readable (photocopy) or not translated clearly. .......

it happned u are not alone in boat...
