Hi all,
I got a RFE notice from the lawyer on March 9 asking for W2 and Tax forms for the past 2 years. The package was sent to CIS on March 26. However, my status on the CIS web site only shows that the 2nd FP was reviewed on March 24, nothing was mentioned about RFE...
My husband's EAD application is currently pending (ND: 12/15/03). Could it be that the RFE is for his EAD not for my I-485? (We filed I-485 separately. His ND is in December 2002, 7 months after mine.) Is it possible that our cases will be reviewed (and hopefully approved) in the next month or so?
