On my RFE it says I have 3 months (90 days) to reply. My question is can I reply at the end of this 90_day period, say 89th day, and INS actually recieves it on 91st day. Base on the post mark, it can tell I reply within this period. On the RFE, it also says it takes 14 days to process it, is this 14 days part of this 90_day period or not?
I just have 3 weeks left and I am still waiting for a paystub from my new employer. I am very worried about this. Gurus please help.
