RFE question - Help

Hi ,

I got a RFE asking for current employment letter ,2 months paystubs and tax returns, w2 and 1099.

I have a question about employment letter, regarding date of hire

how important is it to have exact MM-DD-YYYY date in there.. the format I got is just MM-YYYY,

Interesting fact is my RFE date is 05/06 and my case status is still the old one.
