RFE Question (Birth Cert)

Hi!

I finally got an RFE. It asks for EVL, Birth certificate and w2...

EVL & W2 are fine but they want a certificate from the authorities saying that a birth certificate is not available and only then they'll accept the affidavit I submitted earlier.

Is there anybody who got this kind of RFE? What did you do?

any suggestions? do they give a certificate of non availability in India?

Yes In India you can get this kind of certificate from local authorities who is suppose to give birth/death certificate.
If you were born in village then you can get a letter from gram panchayat and get it translated in English.
