Online message changed to RFE sent for me and my spouse about 20 days back.
My rfe received but not my spouse's. If EVL rfe is issued does the online system shows rfe for all dependants?
 
I too had an RFE for me and my RFE. But my attornety did receive both the RFE's. But my RFE was for proving status for some period and my wife's was status plus medical.

But I have seen situations like your case before. Probably there was no RFE for your wife since it is for EVL. Ask you attorney to mention about your wife case when responding to your RFE.

In my case both me and my wife got an RFE for my employment. Hers was formulated something along these lines: "Submit a letter on a company letterhead from a principal alien's employer..."
