RFE - Proof that maintained status

I got the RFE details from my attorney. For all of my family (wife and two kids) they asked proof that we maintained status since our entry in USA. Besides these they asked for me EVL, H1B and EAD copies (after I applied 485) and for kids copy of parents marriage certificate.

My Q:
What should we submit for proof of maintaining status in USA? others looks simple.

Submit H1B approved receipt

Hello Srinivas,
You have to submit all your approved H1B papers(In case if you changed employers) with I90. Even I got the same RFE. I am in the process of preparing the documents.

Maintaining status in USCIS convoluted minds is being on payroll. Add W2, paystub copies and/or tax return copies if not on w2 for all the period you were in US.

If there was a gap of payroll explain as much as possible.
