RFE processing time

Does anybody know how long it usually takes for VSC to make a decision after they receive a response to an RFE?

Usually the range is 2-6 weeks, but since it is VSC, don't be surprised if it doesn't come after 6 months.

My Rfe sent on Jan 19th 2004
They Rcvd on Jan 20th 2004
They update their System Jan 21st 2004
Approved on Feb 11th 2004
Waitting for Approval Notice.

Plz post RFE details. If they asked for payslips. How many? Was ur previous year W2 > LC specification. Thnx.

There are people who responded to RFE's last August who are still awaiting approval...

My case, RFE responded to November 25th, online status updated....waiting....

RFE Details

My wife is Primary Applicant
1. Employment letter (Future).
2. H4 to H1 approval notice (I-797) She Cam here on H4 and Filed H1 (Never got h1 stamped)

I am Dependent.
1.My Employment lettter. (I am still working on h1)

We never sent our W2's When we are filed 485 we sent our 1040's
