RFE processing procedure !

Hey Guys,

Any idea as to what the procedure is to process responses to RFEs ? Will the response go to the same officer who issued the RFE ??

I just called NCSC on my RFE case and she(representative) told me that it takes atleast 30 days for them to open and take a look at the response. I have seen in the RFE tracker that some cases were approved more or less in a week. And she also told me that I still have to wait because they have not yet reached by date yet.

Did any of you consult your lawyers on RFE processing procedure ? I am a bit curious.

If you have attorney it would be good let him deal /response ur RFE.

most ppl got within 15-30 days response... but there is no rule...

I may have confused you with my question. I have sent my RFE related documents to my lawyer and he sent them to TSC. TSC has promptly acknowledged the receipt of the documents..I mean on-line case status check was updated.

My question was after TSC receives the documents, would they be forwarded to the same officer who issued the RFE ??
