My mother and mother-in-law last name is same.
RFE issued requires explanation for having same last name
of mother and mother-in-law.
Ex:
Mother name is AAAA RAO
Mother in-law name ZZZZ RAO
INS need explanation for same name RAO
My marriage certificate already attached with 485 application earlier.
Is anyone in the list in same boat?If so what documentation
needs to be attached with the response?I mean do
i need to get additional affidavits of each.
But i have already submitted BC, Affidavits, Marriage certificate
with 485 application and INS already received them.
Suppose to get approval, but unfortunately silly RFE is issued.
