I got a RFE waiting for the notice. Meanwhile I was reviewing all my documents what I have submitted to the INS.
When I applied for I-485 I kept my employment letter as below (copied from immihelp).
"This letter is to confirm that ... will be employed with us on full time, permanent basis upon receiving approval of his permanent residence application. He will receive an annual salary of no less than $... His job title will be .., and he will be performing the following duties.."
If INS ask a employment letter from prospective employer who filed i140/i485 stating their interest in hiring me, duties, remuneration etc.. what should I do ? my old company may not issue such letter. I left that company after my 180 days period is over. I worked for that company nearly 2 years.
When applying 485 I didn't realize about that letter. Is that affect any thing. Can I provide new company's letter along with AC21 request.
Please give your ideas. Thanks in advance.
