RFE--Please help

Dear All

My friend has got an RFE, for an employment letter. His current salary is much less than that given in LCA, due to bad economy. But he has a job with the same employer and the employer is good. How should he handle this. The RFE also has requested for pay stubs.::confused:
 
i dont think it should be a problem becos i have seen postings on this forum of people in same scenerio who have got approved even after RFEs. What does ur lawyer have to say?
