RFE - Please help

I applied for EAD renewal but I put the first name in the application which is same as the last name in 1-485 application (I swapped between my first and last name).
Now I have an RFE asking for my Birth certificate. I do not have a birth certificate but the non availability that I submitted for I-485 has the name same as that in my EAD application (Name is swapped in my Non avail too). What do I do now? Please suggest.

I would think you can submit TWO affidavits from relatives who were "present" at birth...with the affidavits mentioning your correct first and last names...Also good oportunity to point out the mistake on your 485 and get it corrected...also get a /your lawyers input.

I'm checking with a lawyer but in the meantime does anyone know if its wise to withdraw my application and file it again later. What is the procedure to withdraw an application for EAD.
