These days, people say because of tightened security check, a lot of people are getting RFEs for their I485 cases, either requesting employment letters, tax forms, etc.
But my question is what the percentage is? 50% or 10%?
From Rupnet, seems it's 50%. But from some other threads in this forum, seems like rupnet statistics are not accurate reflection of the real situation at NSC.
Can some one shed some lights on this?
Say you/your lawyer prepared all necessary documents when you filed your I485, what chance are you going to get RFE and/or interview?
