Law firm just told me the content of my RFE. Two things: Employment letter and copy of my driver's license or other photo ID. The online message changed on April 7. My question is: is it okay for me to send copy of my passport? My passport is renewed and the renewal page and the identity page are separted. I am afraid that will cause problem. Why I didn't want to send copy of my driver's license is the name on it is different from the name on my i-485 (with a space between the two words of my first name). I didn't know they'll ask for driver's license; otherwise I'll correct it beforehand.
