RFE on SPOUSE I-485

I got an RFE for my wife's medical. My wife was pregnant during the time we went thru the medical examinations, and becaus eof that she didn't had to take the vaccinations, and USCIS didn't object to the missing vaccinations. But, the health center which did the examinations screwed up and instead of sending the originals, they included copies of form I-693 in the envolpe to the USCIS. So USCIS in RFE has asked for original form and original signature. The doctor who did the examinations is on vacation and won't return for another 2 weeks.

My questions was, if I were to not wait for the doctor to come back and if for some reason the health center ask's my wife to go thru another medical examination, thru a different designated civil surgeaon in their facility, will USCIS object to it since they have copies of her previous examination thru a different doctor?

Anybody who has had the similar problem?
please help.
 
If that doctor is on vacation for two weeks, then it is good to wait and ask him/her to send the original once he/back is back. I think you will have 90 days to respond the RFE. I know every day counts..

Ok,. I responded to the RFE and since then I have seen the LUD change every day. Earlier the online status just said that they recieved the response but now it says something like this..

" On July 12, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case".

Anybody seen this and what usually follows after this?

Hello,
This standard msg after receiving response to rfe. If you are lucky and uscis happy with your response, your case will be approved soon else they will issue another rfe. If you are EB2 ..hopefully get ready for good news .. good luck
 
spouse approval before primary applicant??

Is it possible that they approve the spouse's case before the primary applicant? What if the primary applicants case is rejected after issuing GC for spouse, is the spouses rejected then too?
 
Every application is treated individually and has no connection if it is a spouse's application or not
