RFE on spouse 485 while returning on AP--Issues at POE

Primary Approved . Spouse FP's on April 6th, 2005. Spouse is travelling in April and returning in June.

Here is my question, I read a lot of spouse 485(AOS) status while outside country and a valid AP returning to country.

485 Approved while outside ( No issue )
485 DENIED ( She has a issue and cant enter country)

what I dont understand is

*RFE Issued on 485( like copy of birth cert/ photos/or some simple stuff) while outside USA and entering on AP*

Guys, shed some light on 485 RFE & AP at POE.

If an RFE is generated while you or your spouse are out of the US, there should be no problem entering the US with a valid AP (based solely on the fact that an RFE was issued).
My I-485 was approved and an RFE was issued for my wife's I-485 application while we were out of the US. There were no problems at the POE.
