We have received an RFE from CSC during I130 processing for my parent. They are pointing out the late registration of my birth certificate in India. I got my birth certificate through a court order, during my GC process about 7..8 years back. I dont have any paperwork related to the court order except the birth certificate they issued me.
They are now asking me to establish the relation between me and my mother. Since all educational certifications cite only father's name in India, we do not know how to establish the proof.
Anyone had similar experience? Any suggestions?
