Hello,
My NIW-based 140 was approved in 2002. Now I got a RFE for my I-485.
I'd highly appreciate any past experience in handling this RFE.
The RFE states that:
Please submit a letter and/or other documentary evidence, which establishes that you will continue to be engaged in the occupation of which the national interest waiver is based.
This evidence shall specify how you intend to serve the national interest and confirm that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying I-140 petition.
I plan to submit the following -- please kindly signal me if I am missing anything.
1, continue to do research in NIW area
2, publications since 140
3, current job description and letter from manger attesting that
4, letter from professor attesting that
