RFE on June 2001 Case

Hi All,
I have received RFE on may 12 2006. Can you share some of common RFE's from your past experience. My FBI name check is pending since Aug 2004. I have tried many ways(senator, congress, fbi and called TSC) to expedite on name check. I don't know who helped but LUD changed from 7/19/2005 to 05/12/2006 and received mails about RFE. Please share some of the common RFE's. See my case details in the signature.

FYI, it helps if you read carefully.....it says "to your request" not OUR. This is not an RFE but they are responding to YOU instead of the other way around. Relax.

The email you received is not for an RFE. This is a standard email sent to people who have requested an update on their case. This email has also been sent to people when a new FP notice has been mailed to them. This is defenitely not an RFE. Look out for an FP notice in the mail. It may be a BIOMETRIC notice.
