I got an RFE on my 485. 140 is not yet approved.

It's not an RFE Sorry! The message is posted for address change. Mine is EB2.

good to know that it's not an RFE.
Mine is also EB2 with RD 06/04/2004.No news about my 140 till now.
I saw yours RD also in June 04.I started a new thread for June 2004 filers.Pl post your details there so that we can track the things.
